Today I met a wonderful lady aged 84 from #Padiham in #Lancashire. She had a water leak coming through her ceiling, her daughter turned off the water and called me for assistance. The bathroom basin waste had corroded and caused the leak, i quickly found the leak, went to the suppliers and replaced the waste and the waste trap, it was tested and left in good working. This was a free emergency callout and repair because the lady is over 70, and she is now on my free community support initiative list for life.
