I had an issue with the siphon which enabled the toilet to flush correctly. James arrived on time and fitted a new siphon quickly. All works well. He would not accept any payment for the job, which though was finished quickly had incurred the cost of the new part. Thank you.

When changing from an old DIY system to a new boiler there can be teething problems as we move to the new so aftercare was really important to us. This is where James really excels nothing was too much trouble, and was rapidly available to come to help us when needed. Very much appreciated and 100% professional. Highly recommend

A couple of years ago, they fixed a serious leak from my mum’s shower. More recently, when my mum had no hot water due to a boiler fault, they arrived within the hour, found the problem and fixed it. My mum is disabled, and their help has been invaluable. Thank you, your support is truly appreciated.

The person who did the job was very easy to have around and made me feel comfortable in my own home, which I do not usually feel with tradespeople. The price was also around half of my other quotes. I have had a new bath, sink, toilet and shower installed, as well as new wall boarding around the bathroom. Everything was discussed with me beforehand and they will be back to finish fitting the fan.

They were not available but quickly put me in touch with a plumber who came out, installed my new boiler and even corrected some pipework that was not right. The service was fantastic. They also serviced and fixed my elderly neighbour’s boiler and did not charge her. Keep up the good work and a big thank you from me for all your help.
